Grupo Nach lacked a reliable outbound lead generation process. Their efforts depended solely on account executives, limiting scalability and severely constraining growth—especially in the enterprise space. On top of that, the term “outsourcing” has a negative connotation in Mexico. To succeed, Grupo Nach needed to reposition under the REPSE framework and reach the right decision-makers with compliant messaging.

Messaging remains adaptive to evolving REPSE regulations and buyer personas. Future initiatives include closer marketing-sales alignment and increased investment in demand generation to further build brand awareness across Mexico.
