Privacy Policy — Siete Response Manager

This Privacy Policy describes how Siete (“Siete”, “we”) handles personal information on its website www.wearesiete.com and in its application Siete Response Manager (the “Application”), an email response management tool used by our team and our clients to manage voluntarily connected mailboxes.

1. Information we collect
On the website: contact details you provide via forms (name, email, company).
In the Application, when you connect an email account (Google or Microsoft) via OAuth:
- Your email address and profile name, to identify the connected account.
- Emails from the connected account (sender, subject, content) necessary to display and manage prospect responses. Mailbox labels/folders, to categorize conversations.
- Calendar availability (read-only), to suggest meeting times in responses.

2. How we use Google data
Siete Response Manager's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, the Application uses Gmail and Calendar permissions exclusively to:
- Read incoming emails from the connected mailbox to display them in the unified inbox and categorize them.
- Apply labels to the mailbox to reflect that classification.
- Create drafts and send responses that the user reviews and approves within the Application.
- Check calendar availability (read-only) to propose meeting times.

We do not use Google data for advertising. We do not sell user data. We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to operate the described functionality (infrastructure providers), to comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent. The transfer of information to AI models is limited to generating response drafts requested by the Application's functionality; humans do not read your data unless you provide explicit permission, when necessary for security reasons (e.g., investigating abuse), or to comply with the law.

3. Storage and security
Synchronized data is stored encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared. Internal access is restricted to personnel operating the service.

4. Retention and deletion
We retain mailbox data as long as the account remains connected. When you disconnect an account from the Application, synchronization stops; you may request the complete deletion of associated data by emailing jaime@wearesiete.com. You can also revoke the Application's access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing jaime@wearesiete.com.

6. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page along with the date of the update.
